Called up Appa & Amma and wished them a “Happy Marriage Anniversary”(30th year of Partnership and still going from strength to strength). Mom was really happy.. (I had asked dad to buy a Gold Ring for her from our(Mine and Prasanth’s) behalf. I secretly told amma to “maska-o-fy”(“soap-idal in malayalam”) appa to get another Silk saree.. She’s on the act. Appa also seem to be really happy and was talking to me, When I told him that I had touched 100mph!!(160 Kmph!!) during the drive which I went to X-mas party.. He told me off..(not really… but asked me to drive carefully..) Spoke to paati, she wanted me to pray for her early death without causing trouble to others.. Poor paati, Her health is still critical and doctors wonder how she is surviving. Dont worry patty., You have done good to so many.. You will not suffer more.
Also called up Shreya, and wished her “Happy Birthday”… Vaishali was busy in the party and so didnt come to the phone. I have to get the Barbie doll for Shreya, and send with Zubin and Girish, when they go to India in Jan.
Went to Sainburys, while going home, and for the first time, bought a ready made curry.. which only needs to be microwaved, came home, some telly, food and then sleep. I went to sleep early.. by around 8.30.. and got up early ie. 1.30 in the morning.. Switched off light.. and again snuggled under the quilt., got up again at 4.30 am, didnt want to get out of bed, remain half asleep, and was up at 5.30 (Thanks to the Alarm clock Screaming at me).
